☕️ Sunday @ First Sip — Grateful for the Simplicity

Today I had a cup of “Focus” coffee from BareOrganics—blended with Lion’s Mane, Ginkgo, and Ashwagandha. It’s marketed as a superfood for concentration and clarity.

I’ve been sipping it daily for three weeks now, and unless I’m just looking for an excuse, I’ve noticed something strange: I hear better. Not louder—clearer. Like my brain is more tuned in.

Since switching to a no sugar, no flour lifestyle, I’ve added a plant-based toasted marshmallow creamer from Nut Pods. It hits just right. I get it all at Sprouts, which offers the best options I’ve found locally here in Johnson County, Texas.

This morning, coffee turned into mental food prep.

I planned my meals in my head, then wrote them down—measured by the ounce.
It’s become a routine that brings me peace, focus, and structure.

☀️ Today, I’m grateful.

Grateful for this quiet morning.
Grateful for the coffee and the clarity.
Grateful for the technology that helps me stay on track.
Grateful for simplicity.

Every day, I write down three things I’m grateful for.
Every Sunday, I reflect on eight weekly highlights in my journal.
That habit brings my focus back to what’s good.

Pray out your day.

Yes, the world has its chaos. But 99.9% of life is still good—if you're paying attention.
